Online vs In-class learning

Students engagement will be necessary in “Leadership in Project Management” classes. I always encourage students to communicate with me in class as discussions in-class often help students build confidence. Since we use audio recordings for each topic, online classes do not provide enough opportunities for two-way communication.  Students have responded through student’s feedback survey that discussions in class helped them develop self-confidence.
