Course Concept Map – Foundations of Business Analysis

Using the tool Miro, I created a concept map for the Foundations of Business Analysis course in our IT Business Analysis Program. This course introduces students to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including its six core processes and the activities therein. I’ve traditionally used Excel to map the syllabus, however this visual representation was very helpful in making connections between concepts, as well as clarifying what is within the scope of the course, and what is related but excluded from the scope.
