My Personal Learning Network (PLN) is by far a group of Human Resources and Occupational Health & Safety professionals and organizations on LinkedIn. I started to actively connect with HR and Safety Professionals in September of 2019 and now have over 700 relevant connections working in my area of interest and expertise. In addition, LinkedIn allows you to follow hashtags of interest and people/organizations of interest.

Please see the attached document which is a visual of 4 of the main sites I follow and learn from on LinkedIn. When I started this exercise I was wondering who would be in my PLN and then I was happy to realize this is something I established last year and I continue to grow it!
