I decided to search for materials that would assist in teaching a current topic for my Goals & Motivation course. I am currently developing material on Fear Setting which is a bit of an abstract activity for many of my students. I went searching for resources that would provide a background on Fear or using Fear to set goals.

This is a great comparison study for students to use when reflection on their understanding of fear and the culture they have grown up in. The ability to learn from an international source and understand the similarities and differences when discussing a topic such as fear.

Fear and institutions

This UWE Research Repository is a great article and resource for students to use in their collection of information on how fear is shaped and understood by institutions. This understanding will allow for students to learn how their fears may have been developed and how they can use them to achieve overall success within their life.
