These notes are a summary of Josh Eyler’s marvelous keynote address  at Plymouth State University in May 2021.  He gave a fiercely inspiring talk on the ways we must acknowledge the grief and loss in our pandemic experiences, and ways we can shape the future to keep the emphasis on student experiences. I thoroughly recommend this talk to anyone working in higher ed these days!
