Motivations

• Better student outcomes and assessment scores. – are more students engaged throughout the program, both online and on campus
• Useful data for assessments, program reviews, and accreditation processes. – Program Advisory Committee meetings, having data to present
• Increased reflection on teaching and learning among colleagues. – collaborating with our teaching team and new coordinator
• Stronger overall faculty that values teaching and student learning. – working together for a common outcome
