Learner Challenge
I have attached a screenshot of my learner challenge identified. This challenge is especially relevant for online courses.
To do this, I reviewed my empathy map and considered where the bigger issues were. Some ways to help would be to use the FAQ section of FOL, which will answer recurring student questions so they can get their answers quickly. Additionally, ensuring all assignments are setup on the FOL calendar, using FOL checklists, and including all due dates and locations of where to submit right on the assignment itself clearly in bold so it can’t be missed. Additionally, posting weekly announcements that include upcoming deadlines and adding additional reminders in class will allow for additional clarity for students to keep them on track.
