The two comments shared in the screen shot demonstrate a bit of a learning journey in that the problem I initially identified seemed to shift as I was able to reflect on the fact that it wasn’t that I wanted just the students videos on in our synchronous learning sessions, but rather that I wanted to engage with them and have them participate.  Introducing the padlet was a great tool as not only were conversations easily started, but rich discussions were had around points made and as an added bonus, some videos were turned on.
