Teaching is like driving a car. You and your students are on a ride during the semester. As an educator I am guiding and supporting my students to learn, understand, follow instructions, apply the learning, to accept feedback, make the necessary changes to overcome some challenges, and enjoy the journey to successfully arrive at the destination. This will require:

  • Understanding and following the rules during the journey such as Academic Integrity, course, and college expectations
  • Determining whether human resources programs, policies and procedures align with organization’s strategy, taking into considerations socio economic and trends
  • Comprehending how changes occur within the field of human resources management and the external environmental factors impacting the organizational strategies

The students will learn the importance of following the appropriate course path. They will learn that the short cuts will not always work. Eventually, most of the students will master the course content and arrive at their destination.
