Microsoft Forms Tech Survey

We have access to Microsoft 365 through our institutions, so I used that to create this survey. It is very easy to use and program, and has different settings and options that you can turn on/off before sending it out. I also like that it can be shared as a QR code, which means that I could post these in an in-person class or lab for the students to complete on their phones! Not quite as extensive as Google Forms, but I don’t mind it!
