Misunderstood
Misunderstood concept:
Answering the questions for this activity from my position as a Project Manager. I am working with one team that hosts a number of live workshops with both internal and external facilitators. The facilitator needs to complete a storyboard of the workshop for an asynchronous version. The storyboard does contain notes, tips, and guidance on how to complete it for an asynchronous format. Often times, the facilitator provides content from their powerpoint slides in the storyboard. However, for an asynchronous version, bullet points from the powerpoint slides are typically surface-level and missing context or definitions that are often mention during the live workshop.
Explanation via an analogy:
Imagine you stumbled upon this asynchronous workshop; you can be a student, someone interested in the topic with no prior knowledge, or someone interested in the topic with some knowledge. Put yourself in these shoes; do we know who they are or what they know?

Read through the material presented in the storyboard, and ask yourself:
- Would everyone understand the terms that are common in this field?
- Have I mentioned anything in my live workshop that would provide more clarity on this topic?
- What questions would I receive about this topic?
