My first empathy map
For my first empathy map, I approached the activity very literally, as I found this helped me really view the class from my learners’ perspectives and not allowing as much for my own experience with teaching it to interfere. This certainly helped me gain the perspective I needed to move forward with defining a learner challenge that would be of maximum use to the greatest number of learners possible.
