My Three Motivations:

1. Continual re examination of my own teaching and learning. I am continually paying attention to my own pedagogical practice as to understand why I do what I do. This is a concept I hope to model for the students I teach
2. Modelling reflective skills that can be promoted within the field of early education. Much of the work I have done is in this area and providing opportunity for students to have space to reflect is important. This leads to my third motivation.
3. Providing students with time to practice their own inquiry of teaching and learning
