I choose this image because over the years teaching negotiation, it is sometimes difficult to find clear images to illustrate negotiation without getting hundreds hits for images that illustrate political negotiations when this is far from what is required in the course I teach.

I found the picture by going pixabay.com, which I have never used so I wanted to explore a new experience. I found an image that is unrelated to politics and that I can use as a visual introduction to the online component of the course in our college’s LMS.
