On-the-job training

I regularly use graphics to support my course content slides.  One of my challenges has been locating more diverse images of people in business and workplace settings.  Another challenge is to present non-gender images when possible, while still making the point.  Using Creative Commons, I located the referenced image of two divers that I imagine to be on a training mission,  with one learning how to dive in polar bodies of water, led by a master diver.  This image is perfect for my upcoming unit on “on-the-job” training as it creates a compelling narrative and is completely gender-neutral.  The image can be used non-commercially, with credit to the creator (Royal Navy Media).

I also am grateful to learn of the Gender Spectrum Collection and have looked extensively through its content.  I will use this site as well to include a more inclusive set of people-oriented images.
