For this activity, I have chosen to evaluate the Zoom Meetings tool. I evaluated this tool in the context that I would use it to host virtual appointments for students who need help with their research assignments. This is one way that I considered helping students at their point of need, referring back to my learner challenge. Students would be able to book time with me to either assist them on a certain part of the research project, or have a refresher of the IL session that I delivered to their class at the start of term.
