SoTL plan Sharing
This was a very interesting way to approach my teaching. I ended up defining each step that I would normally engage in intuitively and without reflection. Building an explicit methodology around approaches which I reflexively employ as an educator and a researcher was instructive and very helpful in making me conscious about my teaching. As I proceed in my pedagogy, I will refer to this plan and will think more consciously around how I teach African History, how I engage with my students, and how I refine my methods.
