My metaphor for teaching is that my students and I are in it together.  We all bring unique knowledge and skills to share with each other.  In this photo it appears each person is working on a project in a way they contribute best – drawing, making notes, etc. In this way each person learns from the others’ strengths and the content to create a better product than on their own.
