  1. Write  five WIIFM from a student’s  perspective.
    1. What are the benefits of studying Economics?
    2. Will I readily get a good job after I graduate with an Economics degree?
    3. Can I be able to fully learn and grasp Economics lessons online mode?
    4. Will I be able to assist my society or country through policy applications as an Economist?
    5. Can I be self employed with an Economics degree?
  2. Using your discipline, design five strategies that you can use to motivate learners. 

a) Benefits of training – Explain the benefits of learning Economics to the students and the society

b) Explain to the students how their new skills will benefit their current job and career prospects.

c) Building a gripping narrative into the course content, to keep learners intrigued and inspired.

d) Encourage students to get talking on the LMS message chats and discussion forums about their training progress and share what works for them. I can award marks for participation

e) Promote a learning culture and help those with difficulties in online training. Offer inductions and ongoing assistance.
