My Personal Learning Network is focused on accessibility – it is a topic that I want to explore further – and consists of six key areas: LinkedIn groups, resources, advocates in Ontario, social media advocates, courses, and colleagues. I’ve joined specific LinkedIn groups and gathered essential resources like the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act to stay updated. I follow advocates like Donna Jodhan for inspiration and have taken beginner-friendly courses like BC campus Accessibility Bites. Some of my colleagues, Instructional Designers and Accessibility specialists, help me improve my practice. I used checkmarks to indicate stronger connections and stars for areas I want to explore. Hearts mark immediate focus areas, like further training.

My PLN is still a work in progress. One noticeable gap is the absence of events focused on accessibility, which I plan to incorporate as I gain more expertise.
