When I walked through the process of creating my empathy map, my mind map and reviewing thoughtfully the SECTIONS model of questions, I decided that I would identify smaller chunks of important course information, create a PowerPoint Presentation that could stand-alone, and create a video using Zoom. My first focus will be on Assignments, especially the major final Assignment, creating a Marketing Plan worth 30% of the semester’s total marks.
