The PLN Map made me think of any time I have asked students to create their own mindmap… easy right?  Potentially. Time consuming? Potentially.  I do not think I realized the expansiveness of my PLN.  I only mapped out half of what I could have — there were so many connections to people, industry, resources, etc. that I was never thinking about in such detail.  This exercise not only reminded me of the resources and people available to help me develop my teaching practice, but it also gave me a clear visual of where so many elements of my profession overlapped.
