The technology I chose is Zoom.  Some staff are struggling to get used to a new document management system, and require support and coaching in how to effectively use the new platform.  Virtual training sessions allow the trainers to meet with the learners.  Through screen sharing of the learner’s screen,  the trainer can coach the learner as they go through the processes on their own computer.  It is important when learning new skills to apply them in a way that is embedded in their own work.
