Giphs are awesome for use in the ESL or LINC classroom! They are a great way to explain the meaning of a verb, or to talk about feelings.  In this gyph, my son is …. eating…. Does he like what he’s eating?  Can you tell by the expression on his face. A gyph isn’t as large as a video.  They do not take up much space, and it can shorten the time you need to explain something using words.  Now you can easily explain it in sentences.  Gyphs are an ESL teacher’s best friend!
