  1. My learners really struggled with going in the right order for our Problem-Based Learning course, and this really impacted their ability to perform well on their final assessment. In reflecting on the course, I realized that if I was able to teach and reinforce these skills more explicitly throughout the course, it might help them to have a better sense of what they need to do when it comes to the exam, or future terms, and cause them less stress.
    1. Learner Challenge: My students have difficulty going in the right order, which stems from their first term class, and will continue to stretch to term 4 if it is not remedied. The term 3 professor identified it as an area for improvement for the students coming into her class.
    2. Ideating: I am grateful that my institution has asked many of these questions before I did this activity, and has put in the time and effort to secure things like funding and security! I  don’t think I would have been able to answer this well or this confidently for many other platforms.
    3. Prototyping: The summer has caused me to forget how much can really go into such a simple resource. My goal is to create this as a template for something that I can use multiple times throughout the course, and simply change the case scenario that it references each time, so hopefully the time investment by and far pays off as it can be used over and over again.
    4. Planned Implementation: A live interactive presentation that will walk students through the steps of completing the PBL process together!
