Cornell notes activity – Ted talk on stating calm under stress

The Ted talk had an example that was easy to visualize and described a stressful situation. The speaker then explained how he might have better prepared himself for the situation using a technique called premortem. Using Cornell notes, I was able to organize my notes effectively and feel that I got more out of the lecture than just by writing a general summary of it.
