I found an excellent Ted Talk about the relationship between creativity and walking. The video provided valuable insights into how walking can enhance creativity. I enjoyed the process of taking notes during the video and did not pause the video at all. Normally, when note taking, I often find myself frequently pausing to ensure I am able to get down all the necessary information. In this case I felt like the video flowed well and I had enough time to record everything I needed to. I will definitely be using this method of note taking in the future.
