WIIFM: Ontario Extend
I thought that taking Ontario Extend was a good example of WIIFM.
Here is my list:
- This program will equip me with additional digital literacy skills to navigate the digital word, which is invaluable in any career
- I have the opportunity to connect with professionals and like-minded peers in my field
- I will improve my online research and curation skills
- I will develop my capacity to learn independently
- I will learn new and effective methods for online teaching and learning
- I will learn to adapt to and incorporate new technologies
- I will benefit from the resources and best practices that this program offers for my course
- I will earn a digital badge for free, which will be a great addition to my Linkedin profile
