I used MERLOT and searched for “Gas laws” which is part of thermodynamic course.
The search result was rich, and I tried several sites and finally chose these OERs.
1- https://legacyweb.chemistry.ohio-state.edu/betha/nealGasLaw/
This tutorial site contains several learning resources that discuss the behavior of gases and includes several types of materials such as simulations, animations, and tutorials.
2- https://open.uci.edu/lectures/chem_1a_lec_18_general_chemistry_gas_laws_part_1.html
A lecture video from University of California (OpenCourseWare)
3- https://www.sciencebysimulation.com/gassim/Simulator.aspx
It uses a gas law modeling and simulation tool and provides a simple interface that allows the user to vary the temperature, volume or the number of moles of a selected gas.
4- https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/3-00-thermodynamics-of-materials-fall-2002/
It contains lecture notes in pdf format.
5- https://preparatorychemistry.com/Boyles_Law_Canvas.html
This provides theoretical materials combined with simple animation.
