Collaborative Resources
This was not something I think about formally in terms of networking and learning resources. I do think it is important as a professional and an educator, to stay aware and relevant of not only things within our industry but the world at large, especially for global project managers. I have the benefit of working with others in my field and have the opportunity to attend various networking and school functions with like-minded individuals. I do intend to increase my participation with the PMI Ottawa Valley Chapter more in the next year.
I already track various resources as I come across them in several places, Asana – my personal Library (example attached), clean bookmark folders, and a OneDrive of resources for myself and students. I had not considered X, and I do not maintain an account on that platform but I took at look at the recommendations. I am continually curating my social feeds on LinkedIN, YouTube, Instagram, and various email newsletters and podcasts (HBR, McKinsey, etc.).
