At the beginning of our Organizational Behaviour (OB) classes, I ask our students to share a bit about themselves and their career goals. Many hope to start their own entrepreneurial venture and all have a general desire to have progressive leadership roles. I created this to appeal to those aspirations and can evolve this depending on the feedback from each class at the beginning of the term.
