For my PLN Dining Table, I used the Focus on Teaching Conference that I helped plan.  At my table were a series of faculty, instructional designers, faculty developers, the LMS manager, and Vice President of Academics.  There were so many unique modes of communication — predominantly online tools, such as Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc. Collaboration was easy — mainly because I can flex my schedule while working from home — no more time wasted commuting, walking to the other side of campus, or trying to find an empty meeting space.  The conference was a success and I enjoyed expanding my PLN!
