Four strategies that i can use to foster both mastery learning and competence based education in my students include:-

• Improving Quality of Instruction
• Providing instructional support to the students during tutorials sessions
• Providing additional supplementary resources to the students
• Monitoring random and continous assessment tests to check areas for improvement
