In my response, I changed tack from previous examples involving ELLs and went with an example pulled from my current position of helping college faculty utilize digital learning tools. The example I used was explaining MS Teams to an inexperienced computer user. For someone unsure of the difference between a file and a folder, MS Teams can be a daunting platform to utilize. For those accustomed to using a computer, browsing the internet, etc. the MS Teams platform is quite intuitive.
