Reflecting for Disseminating Your SoTL Project
With my plan for my SoTL project, for ESL learners to read maps and ask questions for directions, I refined my plan in the Saturday Extender, thanks to student feedback in our classroom discussions about how they liked the role play activity.
In this activity, I learned that reflective practice involves sharing with feedback, both face-to-face in workshops and via social networking platforms such as twitter. When we publish our work, we are building a community of learners together, and we all teach and learn with each other.
