Padlet challenge – practical learning in an online environment

The learner challenge for this activity is twofold; the Flight Services program is brand new, so the developed content is being delivered for the first time under the exceptional circumstances of COVID-19. Much of the outcomes are practical rather than theoretical and while the students do get limited in-person lab time, it has been a challenge to deliver equally effective content in the online classroom.
