Learners Challenge

 

I teach Post Graduate diploma in Wireless Information Networking at the Fleming College. Almost all the students in my course are International Students all around the globe, and they are engineers from back home. The main problem that the students faces is that, they are not familiar with the technical educational side of Canada, they struggle with using e-learning portals, servers, applications, LabViews, Multisim, lab submission policies and deadlines. It takes them few months to understand the educational system of Canada.
