A Sparkler

I like to think of myself as a sparkler in my students’ lives. I hope I make the subject matter ‘sparkle’. I think of a sparkler as fun and somewhat childish in that I don’t take myself too seriously. But most importantly, I want to spark something inside of them; provide illumination on something they may not have considered. I also want to give light where there may be darkness.
