I teach diversity, equity and inclusion throughout my courses (Human Resources Management). The image represents a professional diverse environment and people working together and sharing different perspectives. Recognizing, understanding and respecting the differences in individuals promotes teamwork, creativity and innovation.

Went to https://genderspectrum.vice.com and clicked on tab “Work” at the top. Searched for the image.

Yes, it does incorporate diversity and inclusion. The images are appropriate to use in class, training, and development, etc. to promote diversity and inclusion.
