Learning to register for courses using our registration system is like driving a car.  Students must first know how to access our registration platform (which is linked from their student portal).  They must then consult their degree audit which lists the courses they need to complete for their degree.  Our registration platform is a two step system.  Students must first 1) properly plan a course before they can 2) register.

Students can either click on the course code in their degree audit or click on a Search button within the desired outcome.  Once they’ve done so, the course (or list of courses) will be pulled from the course catalogue.  They must click on the appropriate button to detail into the course and see the different sections of the course being offered this year (online or on campus, Fall or Winter terms).  Each section of the course has its own button to properly plan the course.  If they have completed the prerequisite for this course or if the course does not have any prerequisites, they must click on the button to plan the course.

Once they’ve completed planning all of their courses, they must go to a different page in our registration platform (listed in detail in our course registration PDF guide) to complete their registration.  If there are no course conflicts, they can click the ‘Register’ button for each course.  Courses that turn green indicate that they’ve properly registered for their courses.
