For this activity I chose a recent project that brought together several collaborators from a diverse set of disciplines and skill levels. Each played a key role in the project but our perspectives and preferences on how to agree on a common goal for the project differed to a notable degree, as well as our preferences regarding ways to communicate within the team. What I learned from this project (and from this reflective activity!) is to be flexible and adaptable to use communication tools that meet the needs of the entire team.
