To search for an image I used Unsplash, which was easy to use.

I used the key word “genome” to identify images I could potentially incorporate in an introductory lecture about the human genome project. This key word was associated with a number of pictures.

I selected a photo by Catrina Carrigan:  https://unsplash.com/photos/9EAqJfdAUKM as it was an image of “Books containing the human genome in the Welcome Collection in London.”  The image is a neat visual representation of the human genome and provides another way to depict the information found in the genome!
