Since accounting is viewed as a strictly practical discipline, I was looking for an image that would be reflecting and sensitive to the diversity, equity, and inclusion withing this field. I think this image represents the idea that the more diverse clients and colleagues in your sphere, the more creative and innovative you can be.

I was initially looking for an image that would represent DEI concepts at work, and my search was limited to meeting settings. However, I have decided this limits DEI to the professional life only.  Therefore, I have gone with the more casual image broadcasting the idea that the more diverse your practice, the richer your personal views and life.

I have used Boolean searches of accounting and DEI; however, the accounting diversity gave me the hits I was looking for,
