Ted Talk: How to make applying for jobs less painful

The experience was good overall.  Setting up the page took 1-2 minutes, I did pause the video a couple of times (more for spelling:)), and found the process logical.  I did have issues sometimes figuring out was were notes vs. questions/key ideas though by a couple of minutes in, it was getting clearer for me in the process.
