Extending on the SoTL project was a genuine challenge, yet rewarding.  I found it helpful to think about how to extend my SoTL process and cover elements of it that I had not given much thought prior to this exercise,.  For example, ethical concerns when conducting formal research was something I had not analyzed in depth,  not to mention how do I share the result of the research publicly to help close the loop and improve my teaching practice.  It was an excellent exercise.
