Diana Degan Reflecting for Disseminating Your SoTL Project
When I stop and reflect on my SoTL project the first thing I would do is is use this information to inform the direction of my future classes so that all my students would have the benefit of the learning I gain through my observations.
Next, I would share this information with the Microsoft Team that is set up for all the teachers that are currently teaching sections of this course. There are about 5 teachers working across different sections.
In addition, our college has a strong Teaching and Learning department that works with our faculty and is always looking for input. I would look for ways to provide information to them that can be shared, for example, through their blog and the workshops they hold.
Finally, I would also include this information in my blog and to my network of colleagues.
