I will disseminate my SoTL research in a department meeting.  I think this would be a great way of starting a discussion and better understanding the different perspectives on the issue. Rather than share the research at the end, I would share it throughout the process, so that my peers, with their experience, are able to share and provide insights.

I found the SoTL research reflections that were shared very enlightening.
