Sourcing collaborative community partnerships for the Level 2 HSY post-graduate students requires a process in selecting projects. After two (2) years of sourcing community projects, the system used is one that has three aspects – relevance, application, and outcomes. The attached shows the relevance of the foundation then the application and outcome.
