I am currently teaching on online Human Resources Course.  One of the evaluation requirements is a video presentation to illustrate a student’s research, understanding and problem solving approach to a workplace scenario.  I conducted a survey monkey with my students to get their feedback on this project and the online course in particulour.  I used their responses to create the attached empathy map.  I found this a very useful exercise thank you.
