I normally send out a getting to know you survey to my students whenever I start a course, so I normally have feedback to where my students are at, and what they need in order to be successful to the course. This assessment however has allowed me to realize that their needs are ever changing as we progress through the course. New challenges may arise and new opportunities to capitalize on. The attached file is a summary that encapsulates my students’ voices and concerns.
With that said, through my colleagues’ feedback, I realized that I should include a survey at the end of every lecture that I make, so that I would know if my students understood the lecture and if they have any concerns or things I can improve upon for my next students of the course.
